UP TO THE MINUTE NEWS!
LAST ACT had her racecourse gallop at Lingfield last Wednesday and didn't handle the fast track so well. We have now shelved plans to run her at Lingfield on the 7th in favour of going on a grass track. We are looking for something suitable.
Our trip to Deauville was a great success and we hope to tell the story and show some pictures soon!

STAR OF POMPEY:
Star has recovered from her 'knock' and is now back in work, we will look for a suitable race as soon as possible with before going to Goodwood on October 10th.
LAST ACT:We still have a couple of small shares available if your quick? If you are interested in a share in this exciting filly either purchasing or leasing call 02392341965 NOW!
She is ready to run but had a setback when sent to Lingfield for experience on Wednesday last. She didn't seem to enjoy this surface and it is thought that she would be more at home on softer grass. Therefore we will look for a grass race of around 7 furlongs for her.
C'MON YOU IRONS:
Irons had let us down badly twice in succession and had a few questions to answer!. After by-passing both Lingfield and Goodwood he bounced back to form at Kempton Park. Young Kieren Fox rode a great race and conjured up a late run that saw Irons win by half a length going away! HOWEVER we were brought back down to earth at Leicester where Irons decided he didn't want to do it 'AGAIN'. Personally I think it was a race he could not possibly win on ratings and is best forgotten....he will win more races.Hopefully he will go to Kempton on the 15th.
PLAY UP POMPEY:
Pompey is set to return to work, he is enormous having put on a great deal of condition during his break. He will possibly take in a couple of hurdle runs before the all weather takes centre stage again.
DOCTOR HILARY:
Our Doctor continues in great form but was beaten by the draw at Sandown last week, we had Frankie Dettori riding for us for the first time and he was impressed with our Doctors attitude. He had previously been beaten a head at Windsor. The Doc missed Windsor due to the 'firm' ground only to see the rain arrive after declarations were made. The Doc ran his usual game race at Warwick however he found the sharp track not to his liking! He struggles to handle bends and is probably best kept to a straight track! He was declared at Salisbury on Thursday but was pulled out having not fully recovered from his trip to Warwick. He has been entered to run at Sandown Park on the 10th.
